You can work with us through these options:
Option 1: Provide us with 2-3 home builder options you’re considering, and we will evaluate, assess, and compare them.
Option 2: If you have one preferred builder, we can still assess them and highlight any potential risks or red flags.
Option 3: If you are already in contact with a builder, you can introduce Builder Vantage into the process. The homeowner informs the builder that they are being evaluated and assessed by Builder Vantage as part of the selection process. This ensures transparency while allowing us to provide an independent and unbiased evaluation of the builder’s suitability and potential risks.
